FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to manual techniques applied for treatment and prevention of verbal and extraverbal syndromes, dorsopathy. Technique includes preliminary relaxation, manual therapy and final relaxation, performed after patient has taken comfortable physiological position on horizontal surface that is water mattress with hardness control. Warming hygienic cloth is put between patient body and water mattress mainly at temperature 37-40°C. Preliminary relaxation is performed during 30-60 minutes by verbal contact, final relaxation takes 30 minutes.
EFFECT: improves comport, patient safety, extends range of application, provides relaxation of higher quality.
