SUBSTANCE: invention relates to substance granulating devices intended for substances in a liquid or semi-liquid state, for example, for melts. The granulator contains a tower with a drive shaft arranged inside it on its axis and a dispersing capacity set on the drive shaft allowing its rotation. The dispersing capacity can move axially on along the drive shaft. The dispersing capacity is directly coupled to the device to initiate vibrations in axial direction. The proposed invention allows a size and shape uniformity of granules and an increase in the granulator efficiency.
EFFECT: production of size-and-shape uniform granules and increase in the granulator efficiency.
