FIELD: cooling.

SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to the cooler and the prills or granules cooling method in the used in the chemical industry prilling or granulation tower. Prills or granules cooler for the prilling or granulation tower contains at least two horizontal rows of tubes with holes or slots, or with nozzles, or with air knives for the gaseous refrigerant supply to the tower, located at different tower height. In the horizontal rows tubes are evenly distributed over the tower entire horizontal area. Prills or granules cooling method in the prilling tower or granulating with the said cooler consists that through the holes or slots, or nozzles, or air knives of the horizontal rows tubes the gaseous refrigerant is vertically supplied, at that, the tubes in adjacent rows are displaced by ½ step.

EFFECT: enabling increase in the prills or granules static strength, increase in the prilling or granulation tower energy efficiency, increase in the product cooling uniformity, and the higher efficiency.
