FIELD: technological processes, spraying.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to spraying device for granulation of melt in air-fluidized bed. Device consists of nozzle with supply channel for liquid subject to spraying, at that liquid passes through emulsification agent into internal mixing chamber for gas and liquid, prior to supply into air-fluidized bed. The nozzle has a separate channel for spraying gas, which is installed concentrically around the central channel of liquid supply for liquid subject to spraying or sputtering. The mixing chamber surrounds the zone of sprayed liquid outlet from emulsification agent and gas, providing efficient mixing of high-speed spraying gas and liquid, and is equipped with external gas hood, where fluidizing gas is supplied in the form of jet above spraying device. Invention allows to reduce power consumption, to increase granulation capacity and obtain granules of higher quality.

EFFECT: improvement of quality and capacity of granulation with reduction of power consumption.
