FIELD: technological processes; application of coating.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of applying coatings on surfaces and to device for application of coatings, in particular, to method for non-contact application of coatings on surfaces and to device for non-contact application of coatings on surfaces. Invention suggests method of applying coatings, such as, in particular, varnishes, on surfaces utilization of device, which consists of metering head, which is equipped with at least one nozzle, which may be put in operation with the help of control signal. Method consists of the following stages: displacement of base with surface subject to coating along this surface in relation to metering head and/or displacement of metering head in relation to base surface, which is subject to coating, and application of liquid coating material on the surface through nozzle in response to at least one control signal, which is generated by computer.
EFFECT: provision of accurately dosed, having positional resolution coating.
