FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: said utility invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to chemical and heat treatment of alloys and may be used for enhancing heat resistance of gas turbine engine parts. The suspension for aluminium chromosiliconising of heat-resistant nickel alloys contains the following components, % weight: a total content of aluminium and silicon powders 35-48, orthophosphoric acid 1.5-4.0, chromium anhydride 0.5-1.5, chromium oxide powder 15-28, water 18.5-48. In particular invention cases, the ratio of silicon to the sum of silicon and aluminium in the suspension is 0.03-0.08, the ratio of chromium oxide to the sum of aluminium and silicon in the suspension is 0.43-0.58, the ratio of the total content of aluminium, silicon, and chromium oxide constituting the active part in the suspension to the total content of orthophosphoric acid and chromium anhydride constituting the binder is 12-32.
EFFECT: increase in heat and thermal resistance of parts, environmental friendliness, cost effectiveness, and ease of coating manufacture.
