FIELD: smallarms ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: inventive method consists in encapsulating a case, filling said case with a powder charge, placing a bullet into the case cavity and crimping the case neck. Moreover, in order to ensure air discharge from the case cavity while placing the bullet therein, a guide bushing extension is used, having a clearance between its outer diameter and the inner diameter of the case, whereby the extension of the guide bushing is initially placed down to the case to the powder charge level, and then at least one traumatic bullet is placed into the upper portion of the guide bushing, whereafter the bullet is set down at first to the lower level of the guide bushing extension, by forcing the air out to the clearance between the guide bushing extension and the inner diameter of the case, and then, by maintaining the same bullet level in the case using a plunger, the guide bushing extension is taken out from the case cavity by moving down the plunger, a pusher and a cassette with cases, whereafter the case neck is crimped.
EFFECT: improving the quality of cartridges and their assembly rate.
