SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of monitoring and control of processes related to the use of information resources and may be used in health care for the implementation of organisational technologies. The system contains a data storage unit, a search unit, and a data communication unit, as well as a terminal supporting the medical practice management, designed as an information output device (a medical practice retrieval unit), a judgment unit, and an (activation) decision-making unit; the judgment unit comprises a comparing device, a detector unit containing a comparator, an index ranking unit, and a summator.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality of process monitoring and control system for processes in health care, and simplification of process of its operation.
