SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of electric measurement equipment. Technical result is reduction of inaccuracy, reduction of time current chemical sources (CCS) electric capacity measurement and simplification of device design. Device consists of measured chemical current source (CCS) (1), switches (2, 4 and 5) for circuit closing, condenser (3) of specified capacity, the first analog memorising device (AMD) (6), divider (7) of voltage with division coefficient k7=0.95 and divider (8) of voltage with division coefficient k8=0.5, comparator (9), triggered generator of saw tooth linearly increasing voltage (GSV) (10), controlled AMD (11), voltage divider with controlled division coefficient (12), matching amplifier (13), the first pulse shaper (14), indication unit (15), introduced are the switch (16) for circuit closing, unit (17) of GSV start (10), displacement unit (18), differential amplifier (DA) (19), analog-digital transducer (ADT) (20), pulse automatic generator (21) and pulse shapers (22, 23 and 24), which are accordingly connected.

EFFECT: reduction of inaccuracy during measurement of electric capacity, reduction of measurement time and simplification of measurement device.
