SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to electrical measuring techniques. The device comprises a measured chemical current source, a switch for closing the circuit, a capacitor with known capacitance, analogue memory device, potential divider with division ratio k7=0.95 and a potential divider with division ratio k8=0.5, a comparator, a potential divider with a variable division ratio, four pulse shapers, display unit, a switch, biasing unit, differential amplifier, digital-to-analogue converter, a counter with a control circuit, clock-pulse generator, triggered oscillator, and an analogue-to-digital converter connected accordingly.
EFFECT: less errors, shorter measuring time and simple design of the device.
