SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to electrical measuring techniques. The device comprises a measured chemical current source, three switches for closing the circuit, a toggle switch, a capacitor with known capacitance, an analogue memory device, potential divider with division ratio k7=0.95 and a potential divider with division ratio k8=0.5, a comparator, potential divider with a variable division ratio, three pulse shapers, display unit, delay unit, pulse counter with a control circuit, digital-to-analogue converter, differential amplifier 18, clock-pulse generator, and a triggered oscillator, connected accordingly.
EFFECT: less errors, shorter measuring time and simple design of the device.
