FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: second and third keys are introduced into the device for measuring the internal resistance of chemical current sources, the input of the second key is connected to the output of the first key, and the output is connected to the first plate of a capacitor of known capacitance and the input of the third key, the output of which connected to the common bus of the device, the fourth and fifth keys close the circuit, the input of the fourth key is connected to the output of the first key and the input of the fifth key, the first peak detector (PD), the input of which is connected to the output of the fifth key, the matching stage, the input of which is connected to the output the second key and the first plate of a capacitor of known capacity, the seventh, eighth and ninth keys close the circuit, a voltage divider with coefficients: 0.22; 09 and 0.95, the input of which is connected to the outputs of the first peak detector, the third, fourth and fifth comparators, the first inputs of which are connected to the corresponding outputs of the voltage divider, the sawtooth voltage generator (SVG), the output of which is connected to the control input of the second switch and to the corresponding second inputs of the third, fourth and fifth comparators, and the outputs of the comparators with the corresponding control inputs of the seventh, eighth and ninth keys, the second, third and fourth peak detectors, the inputs of which are connected, respectively, to the outputs of the seventh, eighth and ninth keys, an amplifier, the first and second differential amplifiers (DA), the switch, and the output of the amplifier is connected to the first input of the second DA and the first contact of the switch, the output of the first DA is connected to the second input of the second DA and the second input of the switch, the output of the second DA is connected to the third input of the switch, the output of which is connected to the input of the display unit, the second capacitor is connected in parallel to the fourth key, the resistor, the first end of which is connected to the input of the SVG and the output of the fourth key, the tenth key, the input of which is connected to the common bus of the device, the reset pulse shaper, the input of which is connected to the output of the tenth key, and its output is connected to the control inputs of the first, second, the third and fourth PD, as well as the control inputs of the third and fifth keys.

EFFECT: reduced measurement time and simplified process of measuring the resistance of the CCS and its components.
