FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the methods and devices for condition monitoring of lithium chemical sources of current (LCCS) in the process of their manufacturing and operation. In accordance with the invention, the method of LCCS residual capacity determination, at which the voltage drop is monitored during pulse discharge, at that, pulse discharge of tested LCCS is performed with current (20÷80)C mA for 10÷200 msec, and the value of residual capacity is determined by the value of voltage drop during pulse discharge from the preliminary obtained for this type of LCCS dependence of voltage drop during pulse discharge from residual capacity. As for the device of determination of LCCS residual capacity, it contains power supply unit, memory unit, comparison unit, control unit, terminals for connection of tested LCCS, source of support voltage, connected to the memory unit inlet, which stores dependence of voltage drop from the residual capacity of LCCS, pulse generator of direct current, the output of which is connected to the tested LCCS, to the inlet of control unit and to one of the inlets of comparison unit, other inlets of which are connected to the outputs of memory units, unit of tested CCS residual capacity indication, the inlets of which are connected to the outputs of comparison unit. The memory unit may be made in the form of resistive matrix. The device may additionally include the mating unit for computer connection to the tested LCCS.
EFFECT: obtaining method to monitor the condition of lithium chemical sources of current.
