SUBSTANCE: proposed lithium power supply has case made of corrosion-resistant material, lithium anode, solid cathode, separator placed between anode and cathode, and nonaqueous electrolyte; novelty is that cathode is made of fluorinated carbon or manganese dioxide and doped with 1-10% fluorinated C69 or fullerene black based fluorinated fullerene with active fluorine content of 55-60 mass percent.
EFFECT: enhanced level of discharge voltage at initial stage of discharge.
