FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention covers the fragmentation device for effective grinding of fragmented product. The fragmentation device consists of rechargeable electric power accumulator, cut in to it electrode pair both ends of which are located oppositely to each other in process liquid in reaction vessel. One electrode is placed at the reference potential while another is the high voltage electrode and made so as to enable the pulse upload by high voltage from power accumulator via the output break. In the reaction vessel, the device for maintaining the fragmented product in suspension state in process liquid is installed. Also, in the reaction vessel, the device to separate portions of fragmented product consisting of particles equal or smaller than specified is installed; their input to the device for separation to solid and liquid phases and return to the reaction vessel the portions of fragmented product consisting of particles bigger than specified one. The reaction vessel contains at least one reverse pipeline for the process liquid.
EFFECT: effective fragmentation, process time and power saving are provided.
