SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding. Proposed device comprises process reservoir, container for samples with insulators and first and second electrodes. First and second electrodes are directed into container and are interconnected by insulator. Said container is filled by dielectric fluid while first electrode incorporates gas accumulation chamber. Device comprises also appliances to connect container first and second electrodes with high-voltage source. Process reservoir is filled with dielectric fluid. Said container is arranged inside process reservoir in dielectric fluid.

EFFECT: ruling out crosswise mixing up of ground samples.
