DESIGN OF THE ELECTRODYNAMIC FRACTIONATING INSTALLATION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B02C19/18

Abstract RU 2311961 C1

FIELD: electrochemical industry; other industries; the electrodynamic fractionating devices for fragmentation, milling or slurrying of the fragile mineral technological material.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the design of the electrodynamic fractionating installation used for fragmentation, grinding or slurrying of the fragile mineral technological material. The design of the electrodynamic fractionating installation used for fragmentation, grinding or slurrying of the fragile technological material consists of: the charged power storage battery (1), to which output two electrodes are connected, one of which lies on the reference potential, and other is made with the capability of the pulsing loading by the high voltage through the output switch (2) on the power storage battery; the reaction vessel (3) filled with the technological liquid, in which the technological material is dipped and in which there are the placed against each other at the adjustable spacing interval two naked ends of the electrodes - the reaction zone. The charged with the high voltage electrode (4) is up to the free end of the section is surrounded with the insulating casing (5) and this insulating casing on the end section is also dipped into the technological liquid. The power storage battery together with the output switch, the electrodes together with the supply lead and the reaction vessel are completely in the volume with the electro-conducting wall, i.e. in the box (6), and this volume surrounded by the box is minimal. The thickness of the box wall, at least, is equal to the depth of penetration corresponding to the lowest component of the Fourier spectrum of the pulsing electromagnetic field, and has the thickness, at least, necessary for the mechanical strength. The electrode with the reference potential (4) is connected through the wall of box with the mass side (8) of the power storage battery, and the electrode charged with the high voltage on the shortest route is connected with the output switch on the power storage battery. The technical result of the invention consists in the reduction of the installation materials consumption and the improved screening against the electrical radiation and provision of safety protection against the contact.

EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the installation materials consumption, the improved screening protection against the electrical radiation and provision of safety protection against the contact.
