FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyroelectrical materials used in 8 to 14 microns IR radiation sources without cooling. The said ceramic pyroelectrical material contains polycrystalline barium titanate of strontium with alloying additives. The material containing MnO, Dy2O3, ZnO at the following ratio of components, percent by weight, i.e. MnO - 0,05-0,1;Dy2O3 - 0.1-0.2; ZnO - 0.05-0.15; barium titanate of strontium - the rest, are the said alloying additives.

EFFECT: the material features high pyroelectrical factor; high quality; low dielectric permeability and low temperature of roasting.
