FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrotough piezo ceramic materials stable to electric and mechanic effects. The said materials are intended for ultrasonic instruments including multilayer instruments and those operating under severe electric and mechanic conditions. Piezo ceramic material includes the following: litharge (PbO), Cadmium oxide (CdO), Zirconium oxide (ZrO2), Titanium oxide (TiO2), Manganese oxide (MnO2). In addition, it includes Strontium oxide (SrO), Zink oxide (ZnO), Lanthanum oxide (La2O3), Bismuth oxide (Bi2O3) and iron oxide (Fe3O3) at the following ratio of components, wt %: PbO 63.233-65.404, CdO 0.099-0.490, ZrO2 18.990-19.539, TiO2 11.141-11.471, MnO2 0.131-0.532, SrO 1.318-2.226, ZnO 0.248-0.995, La2O3 0.643-0.768, Bi2O3 0.470-1.900, Fe2O3 0.099-0.490.
EFFECT: development of ferrotough piezo ceramic material with improved main functional parametres and increased factor of mechanic quality, electromechanical coupling factor, low angle tangent of dielectric losses and low temperature of agglomeration.
