FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing piezoceramic materials of a lead titanium-zirconate (LCT) system and can be applied in a composition of hydro acoustic irradiators and hydrophones. Shots of initial components for obtaining a charge with the composition, wt %: PbO 54.3, ZrO2 21.19, TiO2 12.18, SrCO3 0.47, BaCO3 15.37 are prepared. The charge is milled in an attritor for 2-12 hours. As milling bodies applied are steel balls with the diameter of 10-20 mm, and a ratio by weight of the initial charge quantity, of milling bodies and distilled water constitutes 1:3:1 respectively, and the time of mixing and milling is selected on condition of obtaining values of the powder specific surface of 4000-7000 cm2/g. Milling of metal iron dopes the material in position B, which makes it possible to control values of sound speed at the stage of the charge preparation. Metallic iron, which is converted into iron oxide at the stage of the high temperature synthesis, gets into the system.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to control the values of sound speed in a piezoceramic material of the LCT system with the preservation of values of dielectric and piezoelectric parameters.
