FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes heating of diffusion juice up to 55-60°C. Than it is mixed with filtration sludge of second saturation, lime and presaturated juice recirculating in quantity 300-500% to diffusion juice volume, before recirculation presaturated juice is exposed to overcarbonation to 7.0-7.5 pH level. The mixture is precarbonated to 8.8-9.5 pH level, precipitate is derived during settling, warm and hot defecation, first saturation are carried out, precipitate is separated, second saturation and filtration are carried out.
EFFECT: degree increase of nonsucrose stripping of diffusion juice and improvement of sediment and filtration properties of sludge.
