SUBSTANCE: sugar contains sucrose, water-soluble food flavor or food flavor in amount 0.2-0.8% to sugar mass, added into water and wetting of granulated sugar before pressing and drying process. Sugar contains food grade dye or mixture of colours which are added with food flavor or flavours to get necessary colour or colour gradation.
EFFECT: physiological value of sugar is ensured.
