SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Disclosed is pressed lump sugar containing heat-resistant physiologically functional substance in amount of 15-50 % of normal physiological haman need per 100 kcal of product or daily need, and/or flavouring agents in amount of 0.2-1.0 % of weight of granular sugar.
EFFECT: present invention enables to obtain a product with improved functional properties, which maintains stable structure during its use, storage and transportation.
