FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to microbiology and epidemiology. Substance of method of specific microbiological diagnostics of opportunistic enterobacteria released from patients with suppurative-septic pathologies and from environment: after family detection of stimulant belonging biological properties are examined: ability to form hydrogen sulphide, indole, citrate, occurrence of phenylalanine desaminase, gelatinase, urease, utilisation of lysine, sorbite, ornithine and arginine, reaction pattern with methyl red, occurrence of pigment and mobility. Based on results of tests for ability to form hydrogen sulphide, citrate, occurrence of phenylalanine desaminase, gelatinase, urease, reaction pattern with methyl red, enterobacteria representative belongs to one of group. Further specific identification inside of each group is carried out by unrecorded indications. Application of method provides increased confidence degree of specific differential diagnostics of opportunistic enterobacteria and reduced diagnostics time.

EFFECT: increased confidence degree of specific differential diagnostics of opportunistic enterobacteria and reduced diagnostics time.
