FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: plate comprises the chip control groove and located chequerwise two rows of chip-breaking breakers, and the breakers of the first series are located on front chip-breaking groove and are made in the form of hemisphere, the breakers of the second row are located on internal surface of the chip-breaking groove with zero initial height at the bottom of the groove and maximum height at the place of interfacing of chip-breaking groove with the profile of the bowl plate. The front part of the breakers of the second row is perpendicular to the direction of chip motion, cut in the area of fillet of the treated surface of the wheel, the height of every second breaker in the second row of breakers is greater than the height of consequent and previous breakers.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of chip breaking, minimising of probability for forming of flow chips.
