FIELD: production method of food products.

SUBSTANCE: proposed variants stipulate preparation of receipt components. Beef fillets are cut, breaded in wheat flour, fried and shredded. Onion and turnip are cut, blanched and shredded. Carrot is blanched and shredded. Fresh green peas and dill greens are frozen and cut. Listed components are mixed with dry white wine, tomato paste, salt and CO2- extract of biomass micromicete of stated type, black pepper, thyme and laurel leaf. Received mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: preserves for cosmic feeding have improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
