SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production technology of beef and vegetable canned food production for space feeding. Method provides for cutting, breading in wheat flour, frying in melted butter and shredding of beef fillet. Onion is also cut, blanched and milled. Turnip is blanched and shredded, carrot is blanched and milled, fresh green peas and parsley are frozen and milled. The above ingredients are mixed up with dry white wine, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper, thyme and bay leaf. Produced mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with digestibility.
