FIELD: woodworking.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in processing the plain surfaces of the wood materials. The attachment contains the body with the input spindle installed in it by means of the rolling bearings, the orbital transmission and cutting tools. The cogwheel is affixed to the body by use of the rotation bearings and kinetically connected with the cutting rate modifying device. The input spindle is fixedly connected with the orbital transmission carrier, and the cutting tools are made as the cylinder-shaped screw milling cutters and installed on the planetary pinions which are set on the rolling bearings of the carrier and engaged into the cogwheel with ability of traveling along it.

EFFECT: design of cutting attachment is simplified; accuracy and finish of wood materials are increased.
