FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: receiver has two air channels located directly along frame sides in spaces between its side walls and inner walls of foam buoyancy. The latter are carried from frame to tire of these channels and fixed to their external low borders with quick disconnect coupling. Vehicle has two independent lift-actuating devices. Each of them has motor, ventilator, airscrew in ring and air vanes. Motors and ventilators are coaxial and maximal approached to frame bottom. Airscrews are located above ventilator axles and connected with axis with the help of elastic clutches and reducing gears. Ventilators are located in common (combined) frame and can be cooperatively or separately receive air of cushion sections. They are made matched and every of them has double-sided input and four-sided (four-way) output and input holes with airproof blades (or lids).There are aerodynamic flow dividers for equal air feed in left and right receivers in ventilators frame. Front part of frame and DQ are fitted with safety pools with power-consuming damping subs. Feeding has horizontal rudder-balancers of longitudinal stability, cinematically connected with controlling system of break flaps.

EFFECT: allows improvement of exploitation characteristics of vehicle.
