MICROCARRIER FOR GROWING SUBSTRATE-DEPENDENT ANIMAL CELLS IN VITRO Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C12N5/06

Abstract RU 2328527 C1

FIELD: bioengineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnique for growing the substrate-dependent animal cells in vitro by use of the microcarrier technique and can be used in the large-scale growing of the animal cells which produce the biologically important products. The microcarrier for growing the substrate-dependent animal cells in vitro corresponds to the polymer surface formed by the natural polymers of the pollen cell wall.

EFFECT: enables growing different cell lines with preserving microcarrier properties in multiple applications, different sterilisation methods and under exposure to low temperatures.
