FIELD: technological process.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electrolytic metallurgy, in particular to lines for galvanic and chemical coatings. Line consists of successively installed baths of technological operations of coatings application, downstream every bath according rinsing baths are installed, as well as mechanism of rinsing fluid supply through pipelines into rinsing baths, at that rinsing baths are connected by means of pipelines that create with detector of impurities concentration in rinsing bath of parts rinsing after coating application, which is connected to devices for pipelines opening and closing, mechanism of rinsing fluid supply in baths, which is arranged with the possibility of simultaneous opening of pipelines for supply of liquid from rinsing bath after technological operation in rinsing bath of previous technological operation, for supply of liquid from rinsing bath after the first technological operation for drain and for supply of pure water into rinsing bath after galvanic coating, if solution concentration in it is exceeded, and when preset norm of solution concentration is achieved in rinsing bath after galvanic coating - with the possibility of simultaneous closing of pipelines.
EFFECT: simplification of design and line operation; reduction of sewage volume; reduction of pure water consumption.
