FIELD: technological processes, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of drying dispersed materials and may be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Drier with inert head contains loading bunker of wet material with screw feeder, drying chamber, heater, fan and system of spent air treatment, steam and electric heaters, head and exhaust fans, inlet and air filter, cyclone group with discharging device, at the inlet of which acoustic device is installed, tank for initial solution, which is sent to device via spray nozzles, dosimeter of hot water for flushing and dosing pump. Drying chamber contains device of boiling layer with distributing grid. Working chamber of boiling layer device is installed in its bottom part and is filled with inert particles of fluoroplastic. Above the plane of distributing grid of device working chamber wire elastic strings are stretched. Sprayer is made in the form of acoustic nozzle for spraying liquids, which contains casing with generator of acoustic vibrations installed inside in the form of orifice and resonator in the form of at least one spherical cavity, which is installed in the end wall of casing that faces distributing head. Spherical cavity is connected with calibrated opening, with gap between vertical opening in end wall of casing and rod of distributing head. In cross section that is perpendicular to rod axis the gap has annular section, and distributing head is made in the form of casing with cover in the form of truncated cones, which are joined with large bases. In the casing header is installed in the form of cylindrical cavity, which is connected with annular channel that is formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and openings of same diameter that are coaxial with them, which are made accordingly in the cover and casing of distributing head, with at least three evenly placed channels for solution outlet along circumference and perpendicular to rod axis. Openings cut is located on the conical surface of distributing head cover, the incline angle of which determines root angle of sprayed solution torch.
