FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: drier includes a screw feed charging hopper made of wet material, a drying chamber, a hot-air generator, a ventilation unit, an exhaust air purification system and a dried solution feed system. The drying chamber incorporates a dispenser and a gas-recycling coolant system (nitrogen), which includes an acoustic unit, a dry cyclone collector to allocate from the gas flow, and collect, fine particles, a suction ventilation to feed gas-coolant from the cyclone collector to the wet gas purifier-capacitor. The latter serves for condensation of original product solvent vapors. The hot gas feeding system includes a high-pressure ventilation unit to feed coolant to the hot-air generator, and a drying chamber to heat the gas. The dispenser is made in the form of acoustic jets intended to dispense fluids and containing the body with an acoustic oscillations generator made in the form of nozzles and a resonator made in the form of, at least, one spherical cavity installed at the end of the shell wall facing the distribution head. The spherical cavity is connected by calibrated hole with the gap between the vertical hole in the end of the shell wall and the distribution head rod. The gap has a ring cross section in the section perpendicular to the axis of the rod. The distribution head is made in the form of a shell with a lid in the form of truncated cones jointed by large bases. The shell incorporates a collector made in the form of a cylindrical cavity and connected by a circumferential channel, which is formed by the external cylindrical rod and coaxial holes of the same diapason furnished, respectively, in the lid and the distribution head body, with at least three channels for solution output equally spaced on a circle and perpendicular to the axis rod. Hole cut is made on the conical surface of the lid distribution head, which angle of inclination determines the root spray-cone angle.

EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of the drier.
