SUBSTANCE: device for modulation of amplitude and phase of multi-frequency signals consists of multi-frequency signals source, source of low frequency control signal, controlled element, which is made in the form of three-pole controlled element, reactive quadripole, which is made in the form of non-symmetric U-shaped connection of three reactive dipoles, and load, at that reactive conductivities of dipoles in every of three preset frequencies are selected based on condition of provision of required gain coefficients, ratios of modules and phases differences of transfer coefficients at three preset frequencies of interpolation of required amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics in two conditions of controlled element with the help of given mathematical expressions, and also values of parameters of reactive elements of dipoles are selected with the help of given mathematical expressions.

EFFECT: provision of manipulation of amplitude and phase and amplification of line signal with preset gain coefficients in two conditions of controlled element in preset quantity of fixed frequencies in frequencies wide band.
