SUBSTANCE: device contains source of multiple-frequency signals, controlled element, which is connected to the source of low-frequency controlling signal, load, reactive quadripole made in the form of asymmetrical T-type connection of three reactive dipoles, controlled element is arranged in the form of three-pole controlled element, dipoles with reactive conductivities are connected parallel to corresponding inductivities, and reactive conductivities of dipoles are selected based on condition of provision of required amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics with the help of preset mathematical expressions.
EFFECT: provision of manipulation of amplitude and phase.
