FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: hen's eggs are pilled and cut, a beef is cut and roasted in the vegetable oil. Potatoes and apples are cut and blanched; lettuce and parsley greens are cut and frosted. The fresh green peas are frosted. The prickled cucumbers are cut. The said components are mixed at the oxygen-free conditions with the acetic acid, sugar, sodium chloride and mustard. The obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: tinned food has improved assimilability.
