FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: hen's eggs are boiled, peeled and cut, potatoes are cut and blanched, carrots are blanched and cut. Parsley leaves are cut and frozen, pork, gherkins, pickled cucumbers, pickled apples and pickled tomatoes are cut. Fresh green peas are frozen, said ingredients are mixed up with table salt and CO2-extract of pyrolised wood under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and mayonnaise are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: extends and diversifies the methods and foodstuff used for production of new preserves for obtaining canned food for space meals characterised by enhanced digestibility properties as compared to the similar traditional pre-cooked products.
