SUBSTANCE: method involves withdrawing adenoma in endoscopic way. The adenomas of I-II dysplasia degree are excised within the healthy tissue limits. The adenomas of III dysplasia degree are excised with mucous membrane of healthy gastric tissue surrounding them along a line being 1/2-1/3 of distance from the adenoma center to its boundary far from adenoma base.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in preventing cancer progress.
