FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: draw die is related to devices for extrusion molding of items from plastic masses and is intended for usage in industry in composition of equipment for production of plastic panels. Draw die consists of matrix plate, confuser plate, puncheons plate, splitter plate, main diffuser plate and additional diffuser plate, bushing, nut, calibrating diaphragm, splitter, which is connected to splitter plate. Puncheons slots of puncheons plate on top and bottom are partially arranged with grooves, lateral side of puncheon in the form of tenon and lateral side of splitter in the form of tenon are made with longitudinal protrusions of semi-elliptical or trapezoidal cross section. Protrusions are installed on edges of puncheon lateral side tenons and lateral side of splitter. In matrix plate and confuser plate in parts that embrace lateral side of puncheon in the form of tenon, there is longitudinal deepening made of semi-elliptical or trapezoidal cross section that corresponds to shape of protrusion at puncheon lateral side.

EFFECT: provision of production of plastic panels with reduced spreading of connecting elements edges during connection of panels.
