FIELD: building, transportation.

SUBSTANCE: method includes jointing a basic structure, consisting of a wing rib and a longeron, the boards of which have holes, to the upper and lower fiberglass panels by means of gluing in and riveting the basic structure, firstly, in the upper fiberglass panel, and then, gluing in and riveting the produced structure in the lower fiberglass panel, with simultaneous glued jointing of the fiberglass panels along the front and rare edges. Before gluing in and riveting, the jointed surfaces are preliminary processed. Gluing in and riveting the basic structure in the upper fiberglass panel is made simultaneously, by applying adhesive compound in the form of a braid through a dosing device on the external surface of the wing rib boards and longeron. Then, regular pressing of the glued surfaces is made. During this process, an adhesive compound, through the holes in the boards, creates glue rivets on the inner surface of the boards and glue chamfers adjusting to the boards. After that, the adhesive compound is solidified. Then, likewise produced structure is jointed to the lower fiberglass panel along the front and rare edges; the latter is preliminary processed. The edges are jointed by means of a similar glue compound.

EFFECT: improved durability of airplane wing; improved joint strength.
