FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to derivatives of phtalazine with general formula (I)
, in which R represents a methyl or difluromethyl group; R1 represents phenyl or oxazolyl or thiophenyl, chemically bonded to a phtalazine ring through a carbon-carbon bond. Both phenyl and the above mentioned heterocycle are substituted with a carboxylic group, and optionally with a second functional group, chosen from methoxy-, nitro-, N-acetylamino-, N-metanesulphonylamino- group. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical salts of such derivatives. The given compounds with general formula (I) are inhibitors of phosphodiesterase.
EFFECT: objective of the invention is also the method of obtaining compounds with general formula (I) and pharmaceutical compositions for treating allergies and antiphlogistic diseases based on the given compounds.
