FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the system of locking the bearing bushes in the universal-joint yoke. The universal joint incorporates yoke (1). The yoke incorporates base (3) with lengthwise axle (2), two arms (4) diametrically shifted from the said axle (2) and extending in the same direction from yoke base (3), both provided with a through basic opening (7). Thrust openings (7) of both yoke arms (4) are aligned with opening common axis (8) crossing lengthwise axle (2) at the slant angle. Each thrust opening (7) outside side (5) opposite to lengthwise axle (2) has a groove in the form of a circular arc shifted towards yoke base (3) and facing the thrust opening. Separate locking element (16) for every yoke arm (4) has a section of engagement with the outer perimeter matched to the said arc-like groove and enters it. Centre (13) of the said arc-like groove is located on opening axis (8) or shifted from it towards yoke base (3). Every yoke arm (4) incorporates, at least, one locking recess (14) on its outer side. Locking element (16) has one locking section (20) extending from locking element (16) towards groove centre (13), enters one locking recess (14) to lock locking element (16) prohibiting its turning about groove centre (13). Also, there are locking means (20) fastening the locking element of the universal-joint yoke.

EFFECT: simpler mounting and smaller diameter of rotation.
