FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in instruments for measuring minor pressure drops. Pressure sensor consists of body and membrane situated between body items. Plain ring-shaped body items with central opening are provided with circular projections along periphery, which are directed to membrane. Displacement transducers are installed in the central opening and connected with measuring circuit. Compressing body elements are represented with two flat rings tightened by external effort. Outer diameter of flat rings exceeds body diameter and inner diameter is equal to central opening diameter. Small rings with inner diameter equal to central opening diameter are located between plain rings and body items. Outer diameter of small rings is much less than inner diameter of body items end projections. To connect with pressure drop source, plain rings are provided with openings and plain ring-shaped body items are provided with pneumo-channels. Circular projections of body items are high enough to exclude membrane jamming with central opening edges of body items when they are compressed.

EFFECT: increase of operating membrane part and improvement of membrane tension evenness, simplification of sensor sealing, reduction of sensor sizing and preservation of metrological performance and design simplicity.
