FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in production of lithium accumulators with cathodes on the basis of lithiated vanadium oxide (LiV3O8). Posed technical problem is solved by the fact that in available method of lithium accumulator cathode active mass production, which consists in the fact that vanadium oxide mass is mixed with lithium hydroxide in dry form with further thermal treatment, according to invention, additional mixing of vanadium oxide and lithium hydroxide is carried out in the process of plastic flow during twisting under pressure of at least 1.7 GPa ans values of relative deformation of 18-20.

EFFECT: acceleration of lithiated vanadium oxide preparation process, increase of its dispersibility, capacity and resource.
