SUBSTANCE: in manufacturing method of lithium-titanium phosphate, which consists in the fact that titanium oxide is mixed with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and lithium hydroxide on dry basis with further mechanical activation and two-stage heat treatment at temperature of 400°C during 4 hours and at temperature of 800°C during 4 hours, according to invention at the first stage titanium oxide is mixed with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and lithium hydroxide is added during mechanical activation by plastic flow at torsion at pressure of not less than 1.8 GPa and relative deformation values of 18-20.

EFFECT: simplifying the process for obtaining lithium-titanium phosphate, improving its degree of dispersion, capacity and service life of cathodes on its basis.
