FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical industry and can be used in the lithium batteries with the lithium titanate based anodes manufacturing. Performing the titanium dioxide with lithium hydroxide in dry form mixing, mechanical activation and heat treatment, at that, the mechanical activation is carried out in the course of plastic flow at torsion under pressure of 1.65 GPa and relative strain values of 19–21, and heat treatment is at temperature of 700 °C for 6 hours in air.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the anode manufacturing process technological effectiveness with increase in its discharge capacity.
