FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns agriculture, in particular, devices of presowing treatment of field crop seeds. The device includes seed tanker, conveyer and electrodes connected to a power source. The electrodes are assembled in a chamber with a seed sprayer. The chamber is installed over the conveyer with indented band, and a rotating drum is placed over the chamber. At the one end of the drum's hollow axis a funnel for seeds and discharge holes are located, at the other end there are injectors connected to a water tank. The device enables longer period of effecting seeds by weak electric current and thus provides necessary stimulation of seed germination.
EFFECT: provides necessary stimulation of seed germination by prolonging effect of electric current on the seeds.
