SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing technology of canned snacks. Cans are manufactured by boiling rice up to double increase in mass and frying it in vegetable oil, cutting and frying shrimp meat, ham, mushrooms and carrots in vegetable oil, cutting and blanching cucumbers, cutting and freezing wild garlic and parsley, freezing fresh green peas. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt and calcium or magnesium glutamate. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised. The invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
