FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing technology of snack canned food. Method of cans production involves cutting and blanching potatoes, cucumbers and onion, cutting and freezing bunching onion, cutting salted herring fillet and marinated mushrooms, mixing the above components without oxygen access with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate, mustard and black pepper, packing the obtained mix and mayonnaise, hermetic sealing and sterilisation. This allows manufacturing of new canned food having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
