FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned snacks. The method involves cutting and blanching potatoes, cucumbers and onion, cutting and freezing bunching onion, cutting smoked herring fillet and salted mushrooms. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate, mustard and black pepper. The obtained mix and mayonnaise are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
